joomla + virtuemart = colophon wow
Whatta rediculous package - it's so daggone robust - not even the word for it - that's a fat word. this piece is lean, lanky, and hardened.
Joomla 1.08 is probably one of the last versions that'll appear before the 1.5 release later this month, and so far it's been flawless - we're playing with it on bentnailcompany.com. Plug-n-play to the max, no bugs tracked so far on this box.
My favorite new component is colophon an absolutely wonderful component that gives credit where due and helps answer questions like where tha funk did that come from - one day I dream of a parser that'll rip all the code and scavange every name in every commented section of code to really do justice to the amount of work going on in the open-source world. Other than it being almost impossible to systematically seek every name it'd be an awesome service. This component is on all my non-prof sites
